Atlanta-August 10, 2008 – EarthSearch Communications International, Inc., a leading supplier and developer of wireless and GPS-based tracking and navigation solutions, recently launched the AutoSearch-DISPATCH™ solution that increases the efficiency of operations, and improves customer service in today’s very challenging economic environment.
AutoSearch-DISPATCH ™ provides easy-to-use, and effective dispatch management system. The fleet manager can simply log on to the EarthSearch platform and click on the AutoSearch-DISPATCH link. The fleet manager is able to select the specific driver he/she is trying to reach, and has the ability to send them a new task with the new job description, the customer and their detailed contact information such as address and phone number can easily and clearly be dispatched. The fleet manager can even attach driving directions to the specific order to assure the most efficient route. Once the manager clicks SEND, all this information is sent to the driver who is able to receive it on his/her cell phone.
